The Immortal Elixir by KLARITY (Review)

I got to admit that my skincare regime has severely suffered ever since I had this clue that I'm now a mom with two preschooler boys surviving the school holiday period without a helper. At the end of a tedious day, I just wanna hit the shower and dive into my bed till the next sunrise. And whoever gets into my radar would suffer the wrath of a mom's fury.

I guess it is unnecessary for detailed instructions on how to use this. Even my 3 years old can help me with it and he is very eager to be involved in my beauty regime. And If I'm gonna be like a really cool mom all the time, flipping my hair back and bringing forward my pretty canvas for my son to mist, it might as well gonna enhance my skin and cut some years back while I'm at it. 

The Review The mist came out ultra fine at the right density and veiled perfectly over my face. It gets my skin intensely hydrated as I can feel that certain weight fixed my dry skin in place throughout the entire day. Therefore there is actually no need to reapply frequently. However sometimes when I feel a little generous that day, I try to spritz more and massage them into my face, hopefully to get the benefits all penetrated into my skin thoroughly. After that 7 days of usage, the main benefit that I truly experienced is that extra layer of moisture constantly on my skin. As for the anti-aging effect, common sense we don't age visibly within a week so its really hard for me to judge with my naked eyes. However, probably due to some slight improvement on my skin clarity and texture , it does gives me a little glow within, as though my skin is wearing a natural highlight even without makeup. Somehow I can understand how the hefty pricetag of $350 comes in as a worthwhile investment, besides factoring in all the premium ingredients. With all the benefits that THE IMMORTAL ELIXIR promises to deliver in this one bottle, just picture the money you saved from all other extra products like toners, whitening serum, eye creams, masks etc. The most awesome part is that it took me like 5 secs to get that whole skincare regime for the day and night to be completed. SygmaLift on my EYES at Stellar Medical Aesthetic [Review]

Today I like to recommend a new and effective non-invasive facial lifting and rejuvenation treatment called the SygmaLift. It promises the same result as Ulthera over a series of sessions, targeting aging and sagging skin, WITHOUT the pain! Yes and since it is painless, no local anesthesia or numbing cream is required. I assured you that it is possible to take a short nap during this quick beauty fix.

SygmaLift emits ultrasonic energy with high intensity that penetrate into the skin to remodel and lift your face. The quickly emitting of the energy stimulate collagen formation to improve skin wrinkles, fine lines and texture over the weeks. Being a vain mama as always, you know how excited I was to be invited down to Stellar Aesthetic Medical located conveniently at Novena Medical Centre, to review this new pain-free aesthetic treatment. First I had a consultation with Dr Jane, a very humble professional whom I actually had a good time chatting or (let's say) ranting about anything under the sun during the SygmaLift procedure (which furthers proved my point that this treatment is absolutely PAIN-FREE).

During the consultation, because I had a threadlift down at my jowl not long ago, we agreed to focus on my eyes for this session With the help of SygmaLift, I was assured that the fine lines, dry texture and dark circles especially at the bottom and corners of my eyes can be improved instantly after only one session.

Face is properly cleansed to get ready for the treatment.

This is machine that is going to perform the magic on me.

SygmaLift procedure involved the use of a handheld device gliding over the ultrasound gel spread over the treated area. 

Again, the energy of the SygmaLift is delivered in fractionated mode, therefore it is virtually painless! In fact, it is pretty therapeutic to me because it felt like having a soothing massage around my eyes area. The treatment then ends with a cold laser enhance the overall glow of the skin. This is what I call a good finish! Because there is absolutely no downtime at all, I can easily resume my normal routine right after the treatment. Yes I remembered I went down to join the long snakey queue at LiHo bubble tea after that.

I like to make a disclaimer first. All the photos (before and after) are all taken by my Sony5100 camera which comes with a minimal auto-beauty mode, but there are NO extra editing and NO photoshop or filter done to any of the pictures. 

If we to compare the immediate results of the before and after photos, SygmaLift got rid of that tired look by lifting and erasing the fine lines around my eyes as well as lightening my dark circles. 

Let's have another comparison. The below photos are taken by Dr Jane's handphone and as we can see again, the most obvious improvement is truly the reduction of fine lines and skin texture especially at the corner of my eyes where it is so prone to wrinkles!

SygmaLift promises to do a great job activating the skin's natural regenerative process by increasing the collagen tissue extensibility, which leads to the lifting and remodelling of facial tissue progressively within the next 40 days. Which means this is not my final result that you see. It's pretty exciting that over the next few weeks, the result will become much more significant and I cant wait to shine with my pair of youthful-looking eyes!

The entire treatment probably took less than 30 minutes and with a low tolerance for pain, I need to emphasize again how PAINLESS this SygmaLift procedure is!

Kyrian's 3rd birthday Party - School Celebration and An Intimate Affair

Nothing grand or fanciful for my younger prince, Kyrian 's 3rd birthday. It was the same month that we were shifting out to our new place and we were all so cooped up with the renovation, cleaning and the packing. Therefore I made a decision to just do up a simple celebration in his preschool with his classmates. That was already enough to excite him so much when we told him that his dada and I will be making a special appearance during his school assembly. So in the car we were all very amused when we heard our three years old chanting away "today my birthday,  today my birthday, today not your birthday because its my birthday...!"

Instead of a normal cake, I got cupcakes instead which I thought was easier for the little kids to get one each themselves. The theme was one of his all-time favorite movie, Finding Nemo/Dory. This is another beautiful job done by Sweet Perfection, the same place where I ordered my older boy's superhero cake last month. 

Since his older brother Reagan is attending the same school as him, we requested for him to join Kyrian during the singing of the birthday song, which he of course gladly enjoyed the limelight with his brother as well.

 (Somehow I feel my boys look so girly in their school uniform.)

Next is the group photos with his classmates and the kiddos were all so fascinated by the pretty cupcakes!

On the same week, I thought it'll be a good idea to do another mini celebration with him at his favorite place, the pool. but this time only with his family and friends .And because it was such an impromptu decision, I'm thankful to those who make themselves available for Kyrian. 

My darling boy who loves the water since he was a baby. He always tells me he wants to learn to swim like a dolphin. Well, I'm gonna consider swimming classes for them soon. 

Throw some water toys and water floats into the pool and the kiddos knew how to entertain themselves.

His 2nd cake was also one of his favorite Disney characters, Lightning Mcqueen from Swensen.  And this is when we asked him to close his eyes and make a wish. Isn't he adorable haha! I wonder what a 3 years old kid will wish for !

Lastly, hugs and kisses to all the uncles and aunties whom he always enjoy hanging out with because he gets all the attention he wants.
